Red Brick Cellars 2009 Tough Dame Cabernet Sauvignon
Garnet to brick in color, herbaceous with green & black pepper, leather, tree bark and dark chocolate over black fruit flavors. Smoke, wood and earthy mocha with anise hints on top of currant/cassis with a touch of vanilla.

Hamilton Estates 2010 California Merlot
Notes of blackberries mixed with cocoa, slight spice and soft blackpepper. Medium-bodied, soft tannin and fruit forward. Velvety smooth on the palate, uber-jammy and drinkable.
